7 DAY RETURN POLICY
Product once returned under the 7-day policy (Date of Shipping Invoice) will be refunded 100 % of the invoice value* (up to INR- 500,000) in your payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking)
In order to be eligible for the return, the product to be returned should be accompanied by:
Product to be returned with original Packaging in sellable condition with no scratches, wear and damage or alteration.

The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the invoice amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
In case of a refund on 7 Day Money-Back, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 21 business days of receipt of the product. If the mode of the payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.
To request for return of the product under the 10 day Money back Policy you should do the following:
Email our Customer Care within 10 days from the date of Product Invoice on forseediamonds@gmail.com
Call our Customer Care to confirm once the package is ready with all the requisites to arrange for re-shipment of the same.

Exchange
We offer lifetime Exchange Policy for the products sold only in India subject to review by our Quality Assurance Department for the product free from any sort of damage/ wear/alteration/re-size etc. The decision by the Quality Assurance Department shall be Final and binding for any sort of Exchange/Buy Back Scheme.
For any sort of lifetime Exchange we shall require the following:
Original Product
Original/Copy of Invoice
Product Certificate (If any)
Valid Government. Id Proof of the person making the Exchange Request.
In case of Shipment of product to us under the Exchange scheme the Product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in Transit either bubble wrapped or in a small box or a padded envelope.
In case of Re-Shipping the Products under Exchange Scheme the products need to be shipped with our Shipping Partners only.
The terms and conditions for the Exchange scheme are as follows:
Jewellery Value: 100 % Value of the Jewellery to be given to the customer as per the Invoice Value of the Product Subject to the following Deductions and compliances:
Making Charges shall be deducted while determining the value.
In Case of any Coupon/Discount or promo code used during the original Purchase the same shall be deducted while determining the Lifetime Exchange Value
Any sort of Taxes shall be deducted while determining the Life-Time Exchange value.
Life-Time Exchange shall not be applicable to order pertaining to products sold outside India.
In case of Life- Time exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
New order shall be Shipped in Exchange within 21 days after receiving the Original Product.
